His Hands Taiwan, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that currently is seeking to register as an official orphanage in Taiwan. We know you are a young lady from Taiwan and represent what we hope our mothers and children can aspire to be.

His Hands Taiwan, Inc. is located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The organization was born from a vision to counsel, care for, and house unwed mothers in crisis pregnancies. Though the ministry still has a strong focus on these young women, it is growing exponentially and expanding its focus. Because we are growing so quickly, His Hands Taiwan has turned into a refuge for abandoned babies. We have been learning the adoption process, and we are currently adopting these babies to families locally and internationally. His Hands Taiwan is a God-centered ministry that seeks to live out the call “to look after the orphans and the widows in their distress” (James 1:27).

His Hands Taiwan is a quickly developing organization. We have just received our initial registration in Taiwan, and this means that we are now a recognized non-profit organization in Taiwan as well as in the United States. Our next step is to register as an orphanage, but this will require us to purchase property and have a certain amount of capital to invest in Taiwan's economy.

We have found a piece of property that we can obtain the rights to for fifty years for $35,000 USD. This is an amazing gift since land in Taiwan is very hard to find and costs about $2,500 USD per ping (a ping is about the size of a double bed). The land we have the opportunity to lease for fifty years is 270 ping, so the value of the land is about $654,500 USD. To be able to use this land for $35,000 USD is truly a gift, but we need help. We do not have the capital we need to purchase the land or to build on it. We currently operate on about $8,000 USD per month and use all of our income to stay out of debt. We want to remain debt-free and still move forward with the mission of caring for the widows and orphans.

We are asking interested people to a one-time donation to His Hands Taiwan, Inc. to help us purchase land so that we will be able to build an orphanage home and gain official orphanage status in Taiwan. Please consider our desperate need and the lives of so many orphans and unwed mothers that are stake. With your financial support, we will be able to move forward with our service to the local community of Taiwan. We thank you in advance for your consideration.

    Blessings,
    Holly and Trena
